This hotel is a great find! the team, including benze, pui, mud, jenny, taam, moni, nemo, and eclair, were helpful. they made sure all transport needs were sorted. The room was super clean. the bed was comfy, and the location is really unbeatable!

during the stay, i observed that the gym equipment needs some maintenance. a treadmill was out of service and a weight machine had a broken cable. it's a small fix to enhance the fitness experience.

The hotel is off the main road! this makes it quiet but still very accessible. there are plenty of good restaurants and bars nearby. It is really a foodies' paradise!!! access to the bts is easy, so it's great for getting around.

The location was good. The station was only minutes away. They offered a free upgrade upon my arrival. It was a pleasent stay for one night.

I had two rooms. One room did have a severe sewer smell. I complained to the reception and they sent the housekeeper to spray room perfume. Changing the room was also an issue because they did not want to give us the old room key to collect belongings.

I found the location excellent. the hotel's proximity to the nana bts station was very convenient. the breakfast had a great selection including fresh juices and a pancake maker. the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided good service.

the room i had showed some signs of age. the hall carpets were old with visible stains. this lowered my expectations before i entered my room, which needs deep cleaning.

The hotel's location is perfect! I found two 7/11 stores on both sides of the street, offering great convenience. Money exchange services were easily accessible and the MRT station was only two minutes away. The free room upgrade improved my stay significantly. Everything was great!

I noticed the air conditioning could have been a bit stronger. Though it wasn't a major issue.

The hotel is SO close to the bts nana station. It's like a three-minute walk! the staff greeted me super fast and took care of my luggage. the shower totally rocked, and i really liked the amenities they included.
